Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation terms below: Treatments Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Educational Courses For all educational courses, a cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course start date. (Full payment is taken upfront) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
