Welcome to The Skin Specialist and Educator. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including in-clinic treatments such as Exoblanc Microneedling and our professional skincare training courses. By booking a treatment or enrolling in a course, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and our obligations to you as a premium service provider in the UK. These terms ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality experience for all our clients and students.
1) Who We Are and 2) Definitions
The Skin Specialist and Educator is a premium UK-based skin clinic and training provider specialising in advanced Korean skincare. In these terms, 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to The Skin Specialist and Educator. 'You' refers to the client receiving treatments or the student enrolled in our training programs.3) Booking and Eligibility: All clients must be over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if eligibility criteria are not met or if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for your skin type.4) Medical Suitability & Consent: You must disclose all medical history and allergies before treatment. While we provide expert care, results from treatments like Exoblanc Microneedling are not guaranteed and vary between individuals. A signed consent form is required for every procedure.5) Pricing & Payments: All prices are listed in GBP. Deposits are required to secure any booking. Full payment for treatments is due on the day of service, while training courses must be paid for according to the agreed schedule.

6) Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Lateness may result in shortened treatment time, and no-shows will forfeit their deposit. 7) Refunds: Treatments are non-refundable once performed. 8) Training Courses: Bookings for online or in-person courses are final. 9) Conduct: Students must maintain professional behavior. 10) Intellectual Property: All course materials are owned by us and cannot be reproduced. 11) Media: We may take photos for clinical records or marketing with your consent. 12) Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. 13) Complaints: Please contact us directly to resolve issues. 14) Changes: We may update these terms at any time. 15) Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
