Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At The Skin Specialist and Educator, we aim to provide exceptional skincare treatments, including Exoblanc Microneedling and Korean skincare solutions, alongside world-class professional training. We value your time and investment, and this policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all our clients and students. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of service while managing the unique requirements of a busy clinic and educational provider. Please read these terms carefully before booking your premium treatment or enrolling in our training courses.

Clinic and Training Terms

For clinic treatments, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation to avoid impacting other clients. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from your final bill. If you fail to attend (no-show), the deposit is forfeited. For our training division, in-person course bookings are final unless cancelled 14 days in advance. Online courses provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property; therefore, once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.

Refunds and Process

Refunds are not provided for completed treatments or used digital resources. To request a refund for eligible services, please email our team with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days via the original payment method. We reserve the right to update this policy to stay compliant with UK consumer regulations.
